Shipping policy

We process all orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm MST. Please note that this does not include products that are made to order.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 days of purchase.

All orders are fully traceable using USPS's online tracking service. A notification will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes or military bases.

Unfortunately, we don't get enough business from the UK or EU to justify maintaining an IOSS number, so we can't sell to customers in the European Union or United Kingdom.

If you're based in one of these areas, just message us on Etsy! (IngeniusDesign) Orders placed through Etsy use Etsy's IOSS number, so we can set you up with a custom order there and get you taken care of!
